1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

– The item has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
– The item must be unused and unwashed
– Original tags and packaging must be intact
– The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

– Color differences due to lighting or screen display

– Customized or altered products

3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and guide you further
Approved exchanges will be processed after product inspection.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
– The ordered item is out of stock after payment
– A return request is approved due to damage or incorrect product
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
5. Shipping Charges
– Delivery charges are non-refundable
– Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

– Unstitched articles may vary slightly in lace, embellishments, or accessories depending on availability
